Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Within Lebanon 🇱🇧

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days depending on location.

  • Delivery fee: Free for orders over $50, otherwise $3–$5 depending on area.

  • Payment options: Cash on Delivery, Credit/Debit cards, and Wish Money.

International Shipping 🌍

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.
Delivery times vary depending on destination, typically 7–14 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Delays

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or opened, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
