Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging and seal intact.
Please note:
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will gladly replace it or issue a full refund.
